Delivery & Returns
If you make a purchase on this website, you are accepting the following terms. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are fully informed and in agreement about this transaction, in order to protect and establish expectations for our service.
1.General
We make every effort to keep our website's inventory up-to-date, but sometimes stock may not be available at the time of purchase. If this happens, we will send you the products that are currently available and inform you of the backordered item. We will then ask you if you prefer to wait until it is restocked or if you want us to issue a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
When you place an order, the shipping fees will be determined based on the destination of the items, and will be calculated during the checkout process. The shipping fee will be included in the purchase total and will be the final cost for shipping.
If free shipping is available, no shipping fee will be charged. We reserve the right to modify the minimum purchase requirement and terms and conditions for free shipping.

3.Returns
NOTE: Extended Holiday return period - 45 days for orders placed before Jan 1, 2025.
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Glazuur Jewelry permits returns for any reason related to a change of mind, provided that the request for return is submitted within 30 days of receipt of the item. Once the return request is made, the item must be returned within 30 days.
If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is required to sell the item, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well-packaged when returning.
When we receive and approve the return, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit for a future purchase. You will be notified via email once this has been completed. Glazuur Jewelry will reimburse the value of the returned goods within 14 days, but NOT the cost of shipping.
3.2 Warranty Returns
We are here for you with a one-year Glazuur warranty. We use carefully selected materials for your jewelry, handcrafted and refined by expert goldsmiths. That's why we're sure your beloved pieces will be with you for a long time and bring you lots of joy. If you notice a manufacturing defect despite our high-quality standards, we are here for you as part of our one-year warranty and will replace your jewelry free of charge so that you can showcase it in perfect condition again.
After confirming the warranty claim, we will provide you with three options:
(a) a refund to your original payment method
(b) a refund in the form of store credit
(c) a replacement item (subject to availability) that will be sent to you.
4.Delivery Terms
All shipments within the Netherlands, to Belgium, Germany and other surrounding countries take 1-2 business days to arrive, while deliveries to other European Union countries generally take 3-4 business days.
During peak seasons and holidays, however, shipping times may extend to 7-10 days.
At this time, we are not providing delivery services to the UK and USA. If you wish to place an order from either of these countries, please reach out to us for further assistance.
5. Track Your Order
After your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking link that allows you to track the progress of your shipment based on the latest information provided by the shipping provider. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions or concerns about your delivery order.
6. Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
7. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
