How long does shipping take and how much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs for our jewelry depend on the delivery area. You can find a list of our delivery areas and shipping costs below or when you order at check-out. Kindly

We kindly ask for your understanding that during special promotions or product launches of new collections, there may be a slightly longer processing time than usual.

Can I order products outside Europe? (US, UK, etc)?
Currently, you can order products only in EU countries. Unfortunately, we cannot ship in US, UK and countries outside of the EU.
Do I need to sign upon receipt of the order?
In order to guarantee that you have received the product safely, we ask for a signature from the recipient due to the item's significant value.
How do I return my order?

If you have received an order from us, but are not completely satisfied, you have the option of returning the order within 30 days of receiving it.

For jewelry to be eligible for a return, it must be in its original condition, which includes having complete and intact boxes and pouches. Additionally, all products must be new and unworn. Refunds will not be issued for damaged or previously worn jewelry that can be verified. If possible, we request that you utilize the original packaging for returns.

Please note that as a young company, especially in terms of sustainable consumption, we unfortunately do not offer free returns.

Can I return or exchange used products?
Any used items outside of the warranty are not accepted.
When will I receive my refund for the returned item(s)?
Within 14 days after receiving your return back in our office, you will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. After 5-10 days, this refund will be back in your bank account, this will be the original payment type as you placed your order.
Do you have a guarantee?
We are here for you with a one-year Glazuur guarantee. We use carefully selected materials for your jewelry, handcrafted and refined by expert goldsmiths. That's why we're sure your beloved pieces will be with you for a long time and bring you lots of joy. If you notice a manufacturing defect despite our high-quality standards, we are here for you as part of our one-year guarantee and will replace your jewelry free of charge so that you can showcase it in perfect condition again.
Is it possible to buy a single earring separately?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to buy earrings separately. However we have some single earring models in our collection. You can find them in Earrings collection.
Do you have offline stores?
Currently we only have an online store.

What materials are used for making Glazuur Jewelry?

We use only the highest quality durable materials to create our jewelry:

14k Rose Gold, 14k Yellow Gold, 14k White Gold, 925 Sterling Silver, GIA certificate diamond G/H VSI, genuine gemstones, zirconia and certified enamel.

What is 14K (or 14 karat) Solid Gold?

The property of being made entirely out of gold, rather than merely having a plating of that metal.

Karat or carat, a unit for measuring the fineness or purity of gold.

Gold rate in 14K is equal to 0.585.

Most jewelers, including Glazuur Jewelry, will recommend 14k gold for jewelry because it is durable and best for long-term wear.

Can I go swimming & take a shower with my Glazuur Jewelry?

We suggest removing your Glazuur jewelry before swimming and showering. It's particularly important to avoid exposing it to shower gels, soaps, shampoos, chlorine, and salt water. By doing so, you can ensure that your jewelry maintains its pristine appearance for an extended period.

If your jewelry happens to come into contact with water occasionally, it's acceptable as long as you wash it with clean water afterwards. Nevertheless, keep in mind that this should only be done sparingly if you want your jewelry to retain its original shine for as long as feasible.

Is it possible to have jewelry personalized and/or customised?

Yes, you can design your bespoke jewelry with us. We will be honored to be a part of your story. Visit our Atelier.
