- Shipping Costs: all products are shipped from Netherlands free of charge in EU
- Delivery term might vary based on your location. Typical time in transit after dispatching with the courier:
- Netherlands, Germany & Belgium: 1-2 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3-4 business days
- Peak seasons and holidays: 7-10 business days
- We process the orders daily, and dispatch the products within same or next day in case it's available in our warehouse.
- Returns: we have a 30-days reflection time policy during which the products can be returned.
- Returned products must be unused, with original packaging and all labels attached. Return fees may apply.
- Currently, we do not ship products to US & UK.
